History of the Company
The company Jan Hřebec - C.I.C. was founded in 1990 as a design, assembly and supplier firm of air-conditioning technology. The acquired experience and knowledge in this field was the basis of air-distribution and air-conditioning units of own construction. In 2003, the production was passed under the name of the new company C.I.C. Jan Hřebec s.r.o. instead of the original Jan Hřebec - C.I.C.
Development and testing of units started in 1993 and commissioning of production was held at the beginning of 1994. Since that year, the firm has focused exclusively on production of air-conditioning units. For that purpose, the production hall in Dobříš, district Příbram was purchased where production and development of all our products is carried out.
In 1999, the company introduced a news of H/HL series – dehumidification air-conditioning unit for covered swimming pools with high humidity with a heat pump or board recuperation with output from 1,500 to 18,500 m3/h. In the autumn of 2002, air-conditioning units of fan-coil HFC series with output from 100 to 1,300 m3/h were introduced within the company assortment.
